Preregistration for Fall 2026
Registration fee is $25 per family per year due before the semester in the year they join, August 1 for the fall semester and Dec. 1 of the previous year for the spring semester. Late fee is $50 for those applying after the deadline. This fee is non-refundable.
Semester tuition per individual musician in $110.This rate applies to the first three siblings. The 4th and + siblings play for free. parents play for free in all orchestras. Checks are written out to the Sacred Arts Council Lincoln. (SACL)
Fall Semester 2026
The Lincoln home School String Orchestras Kick-Off will have introductions and Q and A at 4:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. At the regular rehearsal time 4:30- 6:00pm the young musicians will start rehearsal in the assigned rooms.
Dates: August 24, 31, September 14, 21, 28, October 5, 12, 19, 26, November 2, 9, 16, 23, December 7.

Spring Semester 2027
The Lincoln Home School String Orchestras will commence regular rehearsals for the spring semester on Monday, January 5, 2027 in the assigned rooms.
Dates: January 4, 11, 18, 25. February 1, 8, 15, 22, March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, April 5 12.
Rehearsals: 4:30 - 6:00pm at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3825 Wildbriar Lane, Lincoln, Ne.
Concert: Monday, April 12, 2027 at 7:00pm at location TBA.

Chamber Music Parties
Open to all young musicians including non- LHSO members who are interested in playing in a small group ensemble. Groups could be a duet, trio, quartet, quintet, or a choir.
Piano players and parents may also play in a group. Preformed groups are welcome. Groups may practice together before the party dates.
Dates: December 14.
Rehearsals: 4:30 - 5:45pm at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
Concerts: Following the rehearsal time: approximately 5:54 - 6:00pm ( or until done)
Coaches: Kirsten Wisssink, Grace Dowd, Ethan Welsh,
Cost: $25 per young musician player. Parents play for free.
